Staff

Isabelle Barros, Founder, Head of Brand, Marketing and Storytelling

Isabelle leads our marketing and communications efforts, managing social media, public relations, and digital content. She also leads product ideation and development that amplify our mission and engage our growing community of supporters.


Anne Moore, Head of Product and Design

Ann leads the visual direction of our brand and storytelling. With a background in design for social impact, she ensures that every visual element communicates our mission with clarity, creativity, and heart.


Vanessa Sylla, Project Coordinator

Vanessa supports campaigns and event planning in Senegal, ensuring every initiative reflects our values and reaches the right audience. She brings creativity and attention to detail to all outreach efforts.

Jessica Ramirez-Landis

As founder of El Buen Cacao, Jessica Ramirez Landis brings a unique blend of entrepreneurship, cultural insight, and community leadership to TCI. Her background in archaeology and bilingual fluency support TCI’s mission to foster inclusive, culturally connected community impact.


Georges Sylla

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and sports, particularly in soccer, Georges brings strategic leadership, operational insight, and a global perspective to TCI. Fluent in more than five languages, he helps strengthen community connection and inclusive engagement across diverse populations.


Sylvie Mendy

Bringing thoughtful oversight and expertise in accountability, compliance, and international program coordination, Sylvie helps guide TCI’s growth with integrity while supporting responsible and sustainable community impact, including initiatives in Senegal.
